Introduction
The Ready-to-Use His Buffer kit contains concentrated
stock solutions for binding, washing and elution of histidine-tagged proteins
according to the recommended protocols. It promotes timesaving, reproducible and
convenient purification operations.
This buffer kit can be used in association with all our metal affinity
chromatography media.
Each kit contains 2 x 50 ml stock phosphate buffer together with NaCl (0.16 M
phosphate , 4 M NaCl, pH 7.4) and 50 ml stock imidazole solution (2 M, pH 7.4).
